• Working hours: irregular hours and shifts may occur

• Start date: Immediately

As a CNC operator, you will work with monitoring and operating CNC-controlled machines, ensuring that production follows drawings, measurements, and quality requirements. You will set up machines, change tools, perform ongoing checks, and make adjustments as needed. The work also involves following routines, documenting deviations, and collaborating with colleagues to keep production efficient, safe, and stable.

As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and structured, with the ability to maintain focus even in a fast-paced environment. You work methodically, solve problems in a calm and thoughtful manner, and do not hesitate to ask questions when needed. You thrive in an environment where quality, safety, and collaboration are central, and you contribute to a positive work climate by being helpful, communicative, and easy to collaborate with.

Since the work involves shift work, we prefer that applicants are flexible with working hours.

• Driver's license B & access to a car

• Good knowledge of Swedish

• Previous experience as a machine operator in the manufacturing industry.

• Education or equivalent experience in CNC is a plus.

• Forklift license A+B

• Overhead crane license
